A leading luxury fashion brand, specialising in ladies occasionwear, off-duty looks and high-end loungewear, is recruiting for an experienced, talented, Digital Marketing Manager.
Having launched the brand over 12 years ago, the company has enjoyed accelerated sales growth. They have also had the pleasure of dressing celebrities such as Kate Middleton, Miley Cyrus, Ashley Roberts, Amanda Holden and Susannah Reid, to name a few.
To fuel their success, Forever Unique now require a strong, dynamic and meticulous Digital Marketing Manager who is decisive and has experience working in a fast-paced environment across various marketing disciplines.
Reporting directly to their Marketing Consultant and Owners of the Business.
Roles & responsibilities:
Trade & Marketing:
- Responsible for executing the marketing strategy, developed in collaboration with the Marketing Consultant.
- Responsible for planning and executing the Marketing Trade calendar to drive sales across all territories.
- Hourly, daily, weekly and monthly reporting and analysis of key metrics in the market, highlighting areas of concern, trends and opportunities, as well as providing theories and recommendations to maximise sales.
- Actively liaising with the internal and external team throughout the day to ensure targets are met.
- Strong analytical background, you must be good with numbers with the ability to spot data trends.
- Responsible for hitting monthly targets.
- Responsible for forecasting channel targets in line with the overall monthly targets.
-Managing budgets, monitoring spend and ensuring ROIs are in line with targets.
- Key point of contact and gatekeeper for the planning and execution of all customer-facing commercial activities.
- Own the trading calendar and ensure key actions and activities are briefed out to the wider marketing team and manage these deadlines.
- Liaise with direct reports on a daily basis.
- Briefing in the trading calendar and campaign plans to the wider marketing team and setting individual actions.
- Driving student marketing initiatives both on and offline.
- Reporting results to key internal stake holders and offering insight into market trends.
Creative:
- Accountable for the commerciality of all site content, working closely with the Creative Team to deliver commercial marketing campaigns.
- Managing the Creative team to ensure that campaigns are planned in, in line with the trade calendar and asset availability.
- Working with Photography Studio & Merchandising team to ensure that all new arrivals are on site in a timely manner.
- Take a “mobile first” approach to creative and commercial activity and ensure that the wider team are also taking the same approach.
You & your skills:
- Must have experience managing a team and outside agencies.
- International Experience would be preferable Strong digital marketing skills, brand, retail or agency experience.
- Must have a strong understanding of all digital channels.
- You also have a very strong understanding about this market and consumer mindset.
- You will be highly analytical.
- Commercially minded and able to plan trading events based on.
- A mature and highly ambitious individual with a creative flair.
- Confident and a good negotiator.
- A good team leader and respectable mentor who can motivate and lead a team well.
- Highly organised and able to multi-task several projects at any one time.
- A calm individual who can work well under pressure and to very tight deadlines.

Senior eCRM Executive
Job Title: Senior eCRM Executive

A leading luxury fashion brand, specialising in ladies occasionwear, off-duty looks and high-end loungewear, is recruiting for an experienced, talented, Senior eCRM Executive.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, we require a strong dynamic and meticulous Senior eCRM Executive who is hardworking and passionate about Luxury Fashion. Experience working in a fast-paced environment is important.

To fuel their success, Forever Unique now require a strong, dynamic and meticulous Senior eCRM Executive who is decisive and has experience working in a fast-paced environment across various marketing disciplines.
The successful candidate will use Ometria, an exciting data-driven, customer data platform with the ability to easily target and seamlessly scale personalised campaigns across our channels.
Experience is essential, although the successful candidate will be offered full training on the Ometria Platform. You will have experience working to a structured content plan and will have the confidence to build and execute your own eCRM Strategy.
You will also have experience segmenting the customer database and devising an email test plan.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Creating stand-out transactional and marketing emails, ensuring they are built to a high standard, engaging and sent on time
- Management, ownership and optimisation of email programme and direct mail, encouraging higher open rates, click through rates and conversion rates
- Building and executing a robust CRM strategy including: the development and on-going optimisation of automated customer journey programmes and data driven communications
- Developing and implementing the CRM Road Map
- Managing email costs and maintaining efficiencies and ROI
- Segmenting the customer database with the ability to target activity appropriately
- Briefing email content to the design team
- Setting up and improving existing automation programmes
- Driving growth of the subscriber database
- Building and executing a continuous testing plan programme to optimise emails as required
- Taking a mobile first approach to all email activity
- Working with the Creative and Trade Teams to ensure consistency in creatives and messaging across email
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting and analysis of key email metrics, highlighting areas of concern, trends and opportunities, as well as providing theories and recommendations to maximise sales
- Reporting of results to key internal stake holders and offering insight into market trends
- Undertake competitor analysis on an adhoc /seasonal basis to identify opportunities
- Managing and optimising on-site search activity to improve customer experience
- Quality control checks / troubleshooting rendering issues
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
- 3 years’ experience in creating, sending and reporting on emails
- A basic understanding of HTML
- Experience using Ometria or similar email service provider
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Results focused, with a proactive attitude and ability to think on your feet and learn quickly
- Confidence in tracking, reporting and presenting key metrics to senior stakeholders
- Proactive, organised and enjoys working in a creative, results orientated environment, using own initiative
- A keen interest and good understanding of luxury fashion and online retail
- Ability to liaise and work effectively with various teams throughout the business
- Assertive, confident and able to challenge established ways of working
- Very strong understanding about the fashion market and consumer mindset
- A calm, driven individual who can work well under pressure and to very tight deadlines
- Highly professional and target driven
