Delivery Information
All parcels are required to be signed for upon delivery, if you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel may be left with a neighbour or the courier will attempt delivery the following day.
Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email from the couriers with the tracking details of your parcel.
We offer 2 UK delivery options. Next day: Orders must be placed before 3pm, selecting next day delivery. Standard Delivery: Standard delivery is within 3-5 working days of your order being placed. Our couriers typically deliver Monday-Friday. Please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days. For international orders we offer Express and Standard delivery options – please refer to the website for country specific delivery.
Returns
It can take 2-3 working days for parcels to arrive back into us, once your parcel has been opened and checked by our team you will receive an email confirming we have received your return. After which we do say please allow up to 28 working days for us to process your refund. You can track your parcel via the bar-code ref on your post office postal receipt.
Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange service, you will need to place a new order for the alternate size/colour required and return the other back to us for a refund.
If you are unable to print your label: Once you have created your label, you will get an email from Royal Mail - this will have a QR scan - you can show the email with the QR scan at the post office counter and they will be able to print the label for you.
The returns portal can be found on the Forever Unique website: Just scroll to the 'Help 'section, then click on the returns tab. The first line here will give you the link to the 'Royal Mail' returns portal. Just follow the simple on screen instructions to create and print your label.
We offer a 30 day returns policy for all goods, from the date you receive your order. Our UK returns service is trackable and subject to a £1.95 fee which will be deducted from your refund All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging including tags. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may send it back to you. International returns: Forever Unique do not offer pre-paid international returns. All return postage costs must be met by the buyer.
Payment
Once you have placed the items in your basket, go to view basket, here you will find the promo code box where you can enter any promo codes. Remember to click ‘apply’ to add the code to your order. Once applied you will see the promo value and the total value of your order will change to reflect the code. Please note only one promo/discount code can be used per order. You must enter the discount/promo code when you are checking out, as it can't be applied later.
