UK CUSTOMERS – RETURNS SERVICE
Update to our Returns Policy - 2023
Please be aware that as per our T&C’s, returns will now be subject to a £3.99 fee to be deducted from the refunded amount. We are joining fellow high street and online retailers in introducing this small charge to work towards reducing our carbon footprint and the environmental impact of returns from online shopping. FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO RETURN YOUR ORDER WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT:
- Go to 'My Account', click on 'My Orders' and then 'View Orders' and 'Create a Return' at the bottom of your order page. Enter the required information relating to your return.
- Select one of the two Royal Mail return options as below to generate a label or QR code
Please print your postage label and attach it to the front of your parcel. You can then send your parcel via a Post Office.
NO PRINTER REQUIRED:
After registering your return on the Royal Mail portal, you will be sent an email with a QR code. You can present your QR code at the Post Office and a label will then be printed for you in branch.
Please include your returns note inside the parcel and mark the applicable returns reason, and you must also remember to obtain a proof of postage receipt.
If you have lost your returns note, simply click here to print off a new one. Please note, we do not currently offer an exchange service.
UK returns are ONLY provided via the Royal Mail Returns Portal.
If you wish to use another courier for your return, this cost will not be covered by Forever Unique. Our return address is as below:

Please state your order number on the outside of your return parcel and insert your return note or a copy of your invoice inside the returned parcel.
Please obtain the Proof of Postage receipt so you can track your parcel.
All items must be returned unworn, as sold with tags intact. We are unable to offer a refund if a product is returned with make-up stains, marks, perfume, fake tan,or if the hygiene seal has been tampered with. We are not able to refund items that appear to be worn, washed and not in their original condition.
Returns Services are only available via the Royal Mail Returns Portal. Any other way of posting returned goods are payable by the customer and the cost of postage is not refundable.
Clothing: When trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any fragrance, deodorant or make-up that may leave a scent or mark.
Swimwear: For hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be returned if the protective seal is still intact.
Bags and Accessories: Please take care not to damage, scratch or mark any delicate goods when examining them.
Please ensure you return your unworn goods in a fully resaleable condition, with swing tags attached, within 14 days of receipt.
All items should be wrapped carefully, in their original protective packaging where possible, to prevent damage during return shipping. Forever Unique does not accept responsibility for any damage to items which occurs during return shipping.
All goods will be inspected on return.
You will receive an email to state that your parcel has been received into our warehouse, and it can then take up to 28 working days for your refund to be processed from receipt of the returned parcel.
You will receive another e-mail once your refund has been processed. Funds will then be visible in the account of your original payment method within 3-5 days.
Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order.
Refund processing times may vary during busy periods, including sale periods. We will endeavour to process your refund as quickly as possible.
We try hard to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of our 14 day returns period, we may have to send it back to you.

To complete your returns note: Please tick refund next to your listed items and select one of the reason codes. Enclose this completed returns note within your parcel.
Forever Unique do not offer pre-paid international returns. All return postage costs must be met by the buyer.
Please return your parcel using a recorded postal service and obtain a proof of postage receipt. We cannot issue a refund for missing parcels that have not been sent using recorded delivery.

Top tips for measuring up: Use a fabric tape measure. Make sure you are relaxed and stood straight and not stooping. Use a mirror to make sure you are measuring the correct points. Ask someone to help if possible for a more accurate measurement.
Bust: Relax you arms by your sides and measure around the whole of your bosom at the fullest part.
Waist: Measure the narrowest part of your waist.
Hips: Stand with your feet together and measure the widest part of your hips.
Dress Lengths: Our dress lengths are measured from the underarm along the side seam to the hem. On styles that are without armholes, these are measured from the top of the dress to the hem, again, along the side seam.
Belts: Measure the area where the waistband of your trousers will sit. Our belts are measured end to end (excludingthe buckle). Please keep in mind that belt length can vary with each style. Some are made in a stretch fabric, some are to be worn around your natural waistline and others wrap around your hips.
